Advanced Optimisation Strategy That Dramatically Reduces Your Costs
Campaign optimisation and constant refinements are crucial to a successful PPC campaign.
That’s why we use a tried and tested 8-step process on every single campaign to deliver maximum ROI.
PPC Audit
We will review your whole account setup and structure and then dive into your keyword and bidding strategies.
Competitor Analysis
We have access to some great online tools and we can see all of your competitor’s campaigns. This essentially gives your campaign a boost from day 1 and we can aim for some quick wins.
Search Term Optimisation
We will constantly refine and optimise all search terms used throughout your campaigns. This will ensure we are promoting your ads to the correct online audience.
Ads & Creative
Creating highly relevant copy and creative banners is essential to make sure your ads are a success. We consistently tweak and refine all ad groups and never stop trying to get you a better ROI.
Campaign Build
Depending on budget, we usually create between 3-10 adgroups, all highly targeting your specific products or services. As we get more data, we can separate the best preforming adgroups, thus lowering your CPC (cost per click) and increasing you CTR (click through rate).
Goals and Conversion Tracking
We will ensure all website leads are fully tracked within Google Analytics and advanced conversions are setup. As standard, we setup website form, direct email and telephone links as goals.
Conversion Rate Optimisation
We build high-converting landing pages for all of our PPC clients, that maximise conversions and lower costs!
Performance Optimisation
As we gather more data, we can make better decisions and drop any keywords or copy that is not meeting our standards. This constant refinement means your ad campaigns are always improving.

PPC FAQ’s
In the PPC (pay-per-click) internet advertising model, websites are paid with a set sum each time a user clicks on one of their advertisements. Paid search has historically been referred to as PPC, although the phrase can also refer to a broader range of biddable media, such as display and social advertising.
Implementing a PPC campaign for your business has many positives. It is a proven way to increase highly targeted website traffic and over time, it can be cost-effective and produce results in a few days – instead of months like SEO.
If you aren’t already sold, let’s view some of great PPC success stories!
PPC management is the practise of managing and optimising an organization’s advertising budget in order to meet marketing and corporate objectives. This frequently entails coordinating campaigns across a variety of digital networks, like the Google and Microsoft platforms, to make sure that advertisements are targeted toward the proper users and get the desired outcomes.
PPC management involves supplying all of the information that support a successful campaign, in addition to monitoring performance and making adjustments to improve it. For example, understanding which paid search queries a site should be bidding on for the best return on ad spend (ROAS). Successful PPC management considers all campaign elements in addition to the advertisement itself, including budgeting, bidding, and fine-grained targeting across audiences and keywords.
PPC specialists are some of the highest paid people in the digital world and for a good reason too! PPC is an ongoing process, you cannot simply “set up the campaign and forget about it”; it requires constant fine tuning and continuous analysis and testing to make any PPC project a success.
By hiring us, a PPC specialist, you will have time to focus on running your business and let us send leads direct to your team!
At the start of the campaign, we will require an on-boarding session with you as well as access to your website data (Google Analytics, Google Search Console and and past Adwords data/accounts).
We will then require approval of all creatives and once done, we won’t need any further input from yourselves.
On a monthly basis we will ask for feedback on the quality of the leads and if you would like to change or introduce a new service etc.
There are a couple of ways to figure out what your monthly ad spend should be. The first is to look at the ad auction and determine how much you’re willing to spend on ads. The second is to look at your traffic and conversion rates and determine how much you’re willing to spend per click or conversion.
If you want to figure out what your monthly ad spend should be, you’ll want to take into account:
1. Your target CPA or cost-per-acquisition
2. Your target CPF or cost-per-click or traffic-acquisition cost
3. Your total campaign budget
4. Your current ad rank and Quality Score
5. Your current traffic and conversion rates
6. The average CPC in your industry
7. Other costs involved with running an ad campaign, such as ad maintenance, bid management, etc.
8. Other important factors that may affect your total cost per acquisition
The Google Adwords account will be completely accessible to you and your team. The account is yours to retain if you decide to stop using our services.
We charge a monthly fee set at £1500.
This includes £1000 for your Adwords advertising budget because we believe that this is the bare minimum needed to succeed with this Paid Media strategy.
Your direct costs will vary, depending on how much you spend, the keywords you choose and your click-through rate. But, on average, your costs will be between £0.40 – £2.90 per click.
Additional adwords budget can be allocated. Learn more about our ppc costs.
To make sure that your account is regularly watched on an hourly basis, we use a combination of automated notifications and manual account checks. At least once a week, our PPC professionals will personally inspect your advertising account to get insights and make necessary adjustments to safeguard your investment. We provide you a clear breakdown of the big projects we’re working on each month so you can see how we’re allocating our time.
Sorry, we can’t promise results in paid (PPC) search marketing, and you should be extremely wary of any company that makes such a claim. KPIs will be established, agreed upon, and a success rate forecast as well as a progress report will be provided. The success of a campaign can be influenced by a wide range of factors. These include, but are not restricted to:
– Conversion tracking not properly setup/maintained
– Not using negative keywords
– Not using a realistic budget
– Not using landing pages / with A/B testing
– Having a poor website to convert
– Using too many keywords / wasting budget
– Not having a clear call-to-action (CTA)
– Not allowing campaigns to optimise and Google to collect data / to learn etc..
