Website management explained
The first thing we need to do is take a look at your website and find out how it is built and hosted. This process normally takes a few minutes once we have the FTP details. Once we have established which platform it has been built in (WordPress, Magento etc), we can let you know whether we can provide web support the site on an ongoing basis. The website doesn’t need to have been built by us and 9 times out of 10 we will be able offer our website management and maintenance services.
Once we have agreed the site can be supported by our team we will simply work out the number of hours you will need on a monthly basis (depending upon your requirements and our suggestions) to keep the site up-to-date and running correctly. We will allocate a proportion of these hours to the ongoing backup and security updates your site may require and then allocate the rest to developing the site. Obviously the number of hours you may require could vary from just 2 to 100 hours on a monthly basis and you may already have a budget for us to work within – whatever the case we will suggest what we think you will require based on the complexity and build of your website.

What does website management support cost?
The costs for our Website Support service start at £299+VAT per month (min 4 hours per month) this covers enough time to provide backups, security updates and enough time for some basic amends or developments for a typical WordPress (or similar) website.
Every website has different requirements so please call us today for an accurate quote. If you need additional website support & updates throughout the month (more than your allocated time) we can usually easily integrate this in to our schedule at an additional charge.
